All responsibility rests on the contestants to provide information related to identity and age.

Contest Rules:

There will be 2 rounds of competition involving three tiers of contestants. Tier number one will include those who have verified their identity (by providing a sign picture). This group will be given the advantage of having the top seven contestants go on to the award round when voting on the first round has concluded exactly seven days from the start date. Tier number two will include those who have not verified identity. From this group only three contestants will go on to the award round. Tier number three is a special "make up round" for contestants we accidentally omitted when we created tiers one and two. From this round only one will go on to the award round.

First round - Tier number one: Contestants can be voted for once every four hours by the same individual. The system will not permit more than one vote per individual within the four hour window. The seven contestants with the top vote totals will go on to the final round.

First round - Tier number two: Contestants can be voted on once every 5 minutes. The three contestant within this group with the highest vote total will go on to the final round. Upon winning the three contestants MUST provide a verified sign photo within 1 day after the end of round one competition or the contestant forfeits their position to the contestant with the next highest vote total outside of the top three.

First round - Tier number three (special round): Contestants can be voted on once every 2 minutes. The contestant within this group with the highest vote total will go on to the final round. Upon winning the contestant MUST provide a verified sign photo within 1 day after the end of round one competition or the contestant forfeits their position to the contestant with the next highest vote total.

Final round: This round will include the best of all three tiers and will last for seven days. Contestant voting will be limited in the final round to one vote per unique individual user per hour. The top three winners by votes will be awarded their prizes within 30 days of the end of the competition. The winner agrees to represent this website (mrbadfinger.com) in all promotional capacities for the remainder of 2006. First and second runner up contestants agree to the same terms in the event the winner cannot perform her duties.

Mr. Badfinger.com reservers the right to eliminate any and all contestants for knowingly participating in fraudulent activity during a competition.

All rules are subject to change as needed to preserve the integrity of the competition.
